An exclusive benefit for customers who purchase their RV through the Priority RV Network is ownership of the Priority RV Service Card. With this card in hand, if you experience a functional problem with your RV, and if you are traveling more than 100 miles from your home, you can receive Priority RV Service at any of our nationwide network of dealers. The Priority RV Network of dealers will get you back on the road with a smile!

1. If you experience a functional problem with your RV, and if you are traveling more than 100 miles from your home, you can receive Priority RV Service at any of our nationwide network of dealers.
2. This program includes repair for safety and functionality problems. Minor convenience repairs are not included.
3. Call your selling dealer and tell them about the problem. Your dealer, McLaughlin RV & Marine, will determine if the repair could wait until you return home or needs to be repaired at one of our Priority RV Network locations.
4. If immediate repairs are needed, your selling dealer will connect you with the nearest Priority RV Network Dealer.
5. If you are unable to contact your selling dealer, visit PriorityRVNetwork.com and to access a map showing the locations and contact information of the Priority RV Network Dealers so that you can find the dealer closest to you.
6. Call the servicing dealer and explain that you are a Priority RV Network customer and give them the name of your selling dealer.
7. State your problem and schedule the day and time of your repair.
8. There will be no cost to you if your repairs are covered by a warranty.
9. Parts and labor will be charged and collected if your RV is not covered by a warranty.

Priority RV Road Care's Platinum Plus features 24/7 technical assistance from our staff of RVIA/RVDA and ASE Certified Technicians who speak directly with you to troubleshoot operational issues. Should you need emergency roadside assistance, our vast network of service providers offers a wide range of services to handle the special needs of your RV.

Unlimited Towing

Towing your disabled vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility regardless of mileage or dollar amount.

Unlimited Tire Assistance

Changing of your vehicle's flat tire using the vehicle's good mounted and inflated spare tire, delivery of a comparable tire to the disablement site or for towing of your vehicle to a repair facility.

Unlimited Delivery of Fuel and Emergency Fluids

Gasoline, oil, water, transmission fluid, power steering fluid and brake fluid delivered to your disabled vehicle, as necessary to remedy the disablement.

Unlimited Locksmith / Lockout Service

Delivery of locksmith services to your vehicle and assistance in the opening of your locked vehicle, and/or obtaining a replacement key.

A jump-start for your vehicle's dead battery or a tow to a qualified repair facility.
