I have now purchased two campers from Nate at McLaughlins. His customer service is top notch. He responds after hours and even on the weekends if I contact him. If he doesn't know the answer to something, he goes out of his way to get the answer for me. He is quick and efficient with all the paperwork in order to make a purchase.

Excellent sales and service. They went over the top in every aspect to get me goin as quick as possible. Everyone in the shop was more than willing to take time to explain procedures to do my own service and maintenance, as I am 9 hours away. Can’t say enough how they run their shop and I will be a returning customer even being 9 hours away!!!

What an easy purchase. Nate arranged for the pontoon to be indoors for us to see, he had all the docs ready to go so we could catch a flight, and he hooked us up with a reasonably priced insurance. This place is great and knowledgeable about what they sell. Nate was awesome. Definitely 5 stars.
