2015 Keystone Premier Ultra Lite 19FBPR by Bullet
Keystone Premier Ultra Lite 19FBPR by Bullet is a 2015 laminated travel trailer aimed squarely at couples who want a smaller, easier-towing coach with a more upscale feel. Published specs from Keystone and dealer literature put the 19FBPR at about 23' 2" long, 8' wide, and 10' 11" tall, with an interior height of 6' 11" thanks to the vaulted ceiling. Dry weight is listed around 4,180–4,213 lb, hitch weight about 410 lb, GVWR 6,500 lb, and cargo capacity roughly 2,280 lb, plus 41 gallons of fresh water and 30/30 gray and black tanks.
The 19FBPR floorplan is a compact front-bed / rear-bath layout with a single slide and no bunks, which makes it ideal as a couples’ or small-family coach. Up front you have a queen bed with wardrobes on both sides and overhead storage, plus a laundry chute to the front pass-through. Mid-coach, a U-shaped dinette in the slide handles dining and lounging and converts to additional sleeping when needed. At the rear, a full-width bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, sink, and a large wardrobe provides more storage and elbow room than you usually see in a trailer this size.
Structurally, the Premier Ultra Lite line is a step up from basic stick-and-tin construction. Keystone builds the 19FBPR with aluminum-framed front, end, and side walls, aluminum-framed slideouts, and laminated fiberglass exterior sidewalls. The floor is a 2" thick laminated aluminum structure, tied into a chassis using 6.5"–10" steel I-beams with full-length welded outriggers, in-frame fresh, gray, and black tanks, a Darco moisture barrier, and an enclosed ABS underbelly. A one-piece TPO roof and E-Z Lube axles with electric brakes on all four wheels round out a very complete light-weight build.
On the outside, the 19FBPR leans heavily into the “Premier” branding. Keystone literature and dealer descriptions highlight an aggressive aerodynamic fiberglass front cap, smooth profiles, frameless tinted windows, and upgraded exterior graphics that make the trailer look more like a high-line coach than a basic ultra-lite. You also get wide-stance axles, radial tires, electric awning, outside shower, outside speakers, four stabilizer jacks, black tank flush, aluminum wheels, dual propane tanks with cover, in-frame dual battery rack, oversized pass-through storage with lighting, LP quick-connect, triple entry steps, oversized grab handle, and slam-latch baggage doors.
Interior finish is where the Premier name really shows. Standard features include a 6' 11" vaulted ceiling, flexible fiberglass-reinforced flooring, upgraded residential furniture, raised-panel hardwood cabinet doors, night shades in the living area, and a residential backsplash in the kitchen. LED flush-mount puck lighting and frameless windows add to the high-end feel, making the 19FBPR look and feel more like a small luxury apartment than a basic camper.
The front bedroom area is designed to be genuinely usable, not just a mattress in a corner. Keystone lists an upgraded innerspring mattress, mirrored wardrobes, under-bed storage, individual reading lights, an accent headboard wall, and a laundry chute that drops into the front storage bay. For a couple using the trailer for longer weekends or regional trips, that combination of real storage and comfortable mattress matters as much as any “wow” feature.
In the kitchen, the 19FBPR carries a 3-burner high-output range with 17" oven, microwave, 8 cu ft double-door refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and a retractable high-arc kitchen faucet. Storage is handled by full-extension drawers on steel glides, overhead cabinets, and pantry space integrated into the main cabin. Keystone also calls out its “Stor-More” dinette design, which makes it easier to access under-seat storage.
The U-shaped dinette in the slide is the heart of the living area. It functions as dining space, lounge, and guest sleeping, and, combined with the vaulted ceiling and large windows, makes the 23-foot coach feel much larger when you are inside. Entertainment is supported by a 32" LED TV, CD/DVD/AM/FM Bluetooth stereo with aux and iPod input, and ceiling-ducted A/C, which keeps noise away from head level.
At the rear, the bathroom layout gives you more room than the footprint suggests. You get a tub/shower combo, foot-flush toilet, solid-wood medicine cabinet, linen storage, and a powered roof vent. That full-width configuration gives you a big wardrobe and changing area, which is something many similarly sized trailers sacrifice.
For climate control, the published specs list a 13,500 BTU ducted A/C and a 30,000 BTU furnace, which is a lot of heat output for a 23-foot trailer. Keystone’s feature list also describes an enclosed, heated underbelly and dedicated furnace ducting toward the tanks, which, when present, helps keep the plumbing and underfloor areas more stable in colder weather and extends the realistic season for camping.
On the road, the combination of around 4,200 lb dry weight, 410 lb hitch weight, 6,500 lb GVWR, 23' 2" overall length, and wide-stance axles makes the 19FBPR a very towable trailer for many half-ton trucks and properly equipped midsize pickups. The aerodynamic fiberglass front cap is not just cosmetic; it reduces drag compared with a flat front wall, which drivers do notice over long days.
For used-market buyers, the 2015 Keystone Premier Ultra Lite 19FBPR hits a very specific niche: a shorter, lighter, upscale couples’ coach with a slide and a real rear bath, built with aluminum-framed, laminated construction rather than basic wood-framed siding. You are not hauling unnecessary length or bunks you never use, but you still get serious storage, a high-end interior, and a layout that works for weekends and longer trips. If the goal is “easy to tow, but doesn’t feel cheap once you park,” this floorplan earns a hard look.
