Summer is officially kicking off at McLaughlin’s Landing with our first big Memorial Day Weekend Food Truck Event in Lake Park, Minnesota.
Located right on the water near beautiful Big Cormorant Lake, McLaughlin’s Landing is quickly becoming a summer destination for lake life, great food, and on-the-water fun in the Lakes Area.
This Memorial Day Weekend, we’re bringing in local favorites:

- The Moontime Grill
The food trucks will be serving food Friday through Sunday from 10 AM – 5 PM at McLaughlin’s Landing.

On-Water Boat Appointments Available Saturday
In addition to the food truck event, McLaughlin’s RV & Marine will also be offering on-water boat demonstrations by appointment only on Saturday.
Customers interested in seeing select pontoons or surf boats on the water can schedule a private appointment with our team to experience boating season firsthand at McLaughlin’s Landing.
Appointments are limited and designed to provide a relaxed one-on-one experience on the water.
